Transforming fiction into reality, China's robotics giant Unitree has unveiled the latest H2-X 'Kung Fu Legend Guardian' humanoid robot, targeting security and rescue scenarios.

With the ability to lift a car by hand and kick an automobile door into deformation, the robot also performs acrobatic flips from a 4-meter-high platform with the steadiness of a landing. It boasts a standing runtime of up to 8 hours.

Acting as a 'personal bodyguard,' Unitree, headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, launched its latest generation of humanoid robot on October 21 without any prior announcements. The official promotional video showcased the robot's powerful arms and legs, performing a series of kung fu moves including punches, side kicks, and flying elbow strikes with fluidity.
