Hong Kong's Vivian Lau secured a gold medal in the women's BC4 class at the Asian Para Games in Aichi-Nagoya, marking the first-ever gold for the territory in these games.
At 47, Lau was in full control of the final. She led 3-0 after the first end and widened her advantage to 7-0 by the end of the third end.
Although her teammate Cheung Yuen scored in the fourth end, it was too little too late. Lau clinched the victory with a score of 7-2. This is her second gold at the Asian Para Games, having also won the pair's BC4 event in Incheon in 2014.
