The Weeknd held a concert at the Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, drawing a large crowd of fans. On October 30, the police conducted an operation against the illegal sale of concert tickets outside the venue and arrested a 43-year-old mainland man suspected of "violation of stay conditions." The man is currently under investigation.

Footage on social media shows two plainclothes male police officers escorting a man who was handcuffed with his hands behind his back on the pedestrian path outside the Kai Tak Sports Park. Witnesses claim to have witnessed the arrest, suggesting it was related to the sale of "yellow ticket" scalping. The investigation revealed that the suspect had allegedly sold concert tickets near Cheung Chi道 earlier.

The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is performing his "After Hours Til Dawn Tour" in Hong Kong, with the concluding two shows scheduled for October 30 and 31 at the main venue of the Kai Tak Sports Park.
